Leadership Development

Constructive leaders support healthy and thriving cultures. The Active Leadership Programmes for operational managers build the practical management skills required every day to drive better business results. These programmes focus on learning through doing, equipping managers with the skills they need, when and where they are needed. Participants learn from each other, their managers, and most importantly, from practicing and reflecting on their own experience in their work, each and every day.

Emotional Culture Development

When organisations examine their culture, often times we review the cognitive culture, or the things we can think about and talk about, like values, purpose and behaviours.  What gets overlooked is the emotional culture, the way our people and teams feel at work.  Experiencing emotions is a part of being human, and we don't stop being human when we arrive at work.  The Emotional Culture Deck is a simple way for individuals and teams to explore how they want to feel and don't want to feel at work, and then to craft ways to achieve a team culture we all desire.

LSI Team Development

Designed to foster more connected leadership teams, this programme begins with creating critical self-awareness for each participant.  Understanding better how we think, behave and interact enables an exploration of the styles we rely on and how well they serve us.  Goals are created to move participants toward a more constructive way of being and the peer group facilitates a commitment to growth. A combination of team workshops, one on one coaching, Life Styles Inventory reports and peer group support.
